Pakistan bans 1,500 words from txting, lol
Pakistan has forced its cell phone providers to block all text messages using some 1,500 offensive words in English or Urdu. The list includes words like “flatulence”, “deposit”, and “fondle”. Phrases such “strap-on”, “beat your meat”, “crotch rot”, “love pistol”, “pocket pool”, and “quickie” are also banned. Most impressively, Pakistan came up with eight obscenities involving the word “foot”. I can only come up with two.

fMRI shows female researcher isn’t faking it
By compiling sequential MRI scans of masturbation, researchers have captured the female brain during arousal, orgasm, and recovery. This is the first time neuroscientists and campus paper science editors have seen the female orgasm in such detail. One researcher involved says the data suggests that only epileptic seizures cause more female brain activity than self-stimulation.
Talk about good vibrations.

Buy a jetpack
Start saving for that jetpack you always wanted. This spring, Florida company JetLev will start selling its water-powered JetLev R200. The device can fly up to 30 feet in the air at 25 miles per hour, pumping 1,000 gallons of water a minute for more than 420 pounds of thrust. The only number that really matters to me is the price tag: $99,500. Ouch.
Gamers have cash to spend, dragons to kill
Bethesda reported that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim shipped seven million copies since launch, netting them $450 million dollars in global sales. Earlier this month, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 set a day-one sales record, selling over 6.5 million copies and making Activision $400 million dollars richer. Faced with massive economic inequality and high unemployment, 18-34 year old gamers sure know how to make sacrifices.
Women don’t care about your club photos
A new study suggests women can tell how attractive men are based on self-descriptions in online dating profiles. Researchers had 50 women look at 100 male profiles, seeing their photos and written profiles separately. The women could tell which men were attractive based on confidence levels in their written profiles. So go ahead men and mention your love of Seaquest DSV and LARPing in your OKCupid profile—just be confident about it.
